Return and Reshipment Policy

Return Window: Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or request a replacement. This helps us maintain a smooth and efficient operation.

Eligibility for Return: To qualify, items must be returned in original, unworn or unused condition, with tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase (such as a receipt) is required. Return shipping must be done via a trackable service, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable method to ensure safe delivery.

Ordering Multiple Sizes: To minimize unnecessary returns, we recommend reaching out to our support team at support@bricciani.com for sizing guidance before placing your order.

Initiating a Return: Please contact us at support@bricciani.com to request approval. Returns without prior approval may not be processed.

Fit Issues? If your product doesn’t fit quite right, contact us within 14 days and we’ll gladly send you a free replacement—often a faster and more convenient solution than returning the item.

Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within one hour of placement. After this period, they are processed and cannot be canceled.

Exchanges: To exchange an item, please contact us at support@bricciani.com. You'll need to return the original item with tracking proof, and we'll process your new order.

Sizing Guidance: Our garments feature built-in ‘Comfort Ease’ to allow extra room for movement and layering. Simply choose your regular size based on our size chart—no need to size up or down.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping is not refunded, and refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please send photos or videos of the issue to support@bricciani.com within 14 days. If verified, we’ll send a free replacement. Refunds are not offered for defective items or warehouse errors—by purchasing, you agree that free reshipment is the sole resolution.
